alka-seltzer and robitussin?

is it ok to take alka-seltzer and robitussin together? I have already taken both, but now decided to see if it was a good idea or not...

(when i say already taken both, i mean i took both like 20 minutes ago)

I wouldn't. They are pretty much the same medicine and you might make yourself sick.

I would just stick with one or the other.
