Some guys have longer foreskins than others, so depending how much you have it may retract fully when you have an erection, so that the glans is completely uncovered, or it may only partly retract so that the glans is still covered to some extent. Either way you should be able to fully retract the foreskin manually which you would need to do before putting a condom on.

You should really see your doctor about that. It may seem a bit embarassing for you, obviously you wouldnt want your mum to go in with you, but its not embarassing to the doctor. They will probably suggest some exercises and give you a steroid cream. If its really tight you may need a circumcision but they wont do that unless its really necessary (at least not here in the UK)

Well, as they said before if it hurts you need to see a doctor, also if you could google webmd and look it on there, before going this way you know what the doctor is talking about, you know how them doctors talk.

You should keep doing it, but don't tear it or cause pain. At first, mine would not pull back at all, but I got it to go back in stages. Just read some of the posts here - you're not the only one who had this tightness.
