I once masturbated wen i was little only to pull my foreskin back so far that it ripped a little underneath. I went to the doctors n they sed it will heal and it did. Only now that i have started having sex, i have realised it hurts wen entering the vagina from the foreskin pullin back...what should i do and i personally think im too embarressed to comefront my parents or to go to the doctor...pls help!!1 :(

Ah a tricky situation. First I suggest you look on internet to see if there is anything there. If you cant find what you want see a doctor! If you feel embarressed (lol spellin) you can go alone to the docs and remeber that they are here to help you! That is their Job!!! So try this and remember...everything said on these forums are kept quiet and we all have our problems... :P

When you masturbate normally, does your foreskin move fully back, or is it tight? It's possible that your incident when you were younger caused a small bit of scarring when it healed, and scar tissue is not as flexible as regular skin so that might cause some extra tightness(?) Otherwise, like my foreskin is also quite tight and doesn't like to move over the head much when erected, but it doesn't actually cause me any pain. Let me know, and we can try and work through this! :)

its loose because wen i had the 'incident' the doc sed to me 2 pull it bk every now wnd again 2 loosen it n its fine now but the only problem is wen im having sex it pulls back to far and I can feel the pain underneath (np. the litlle bit that connects the foreskin to the shaft underneath)

Oh ok well that part is called the frenulum, and it IS very sensitive. As far as I know, it *should* be able to handle the full movement of your foreskin but maybe if its getting rubbed or something, since it's very sensitive it could get irritated. Is the pain, like a soreness kind of pain or like a very sharp pain like stabbing when it gets pulled back?

Its a very sharp pain (it sounds wierd but it is a similar type of pain 2 if u bite ur cheek or gum), i considered buyin lubricator but im not sure whether i would have the nerve to go to a chemist or the doctor for a prescription...would it work neway?

ok, well you said it was when you're having sex...i need to ask what kind of sex this is, like wit a grrl, or boy, or oral sex, or what exactly it is....cause that would make the difference whether lube would help you out. But the one thing I would recommend for sure is a hydrocortisone cream, it's cheap and available easily, and has lots of other uses so no one will be suspicious if you buy it. Using this on the affected area will help, i'm pretty sure of it.

Nah, this was a legitimate medical concern, and as such belongs in this forum IMO. It's not directly puberty or development related, as much as it is simply a problem.

foreskin will become looser over time trust me, you just have to start gradually pulling it back, and just every time you masterbate a bit more

Hey, I had the same problem with my foreskin, it just hasn't reached the final stage of being able to go back. I did the incredibly painful thing of slowly rippin it away from the glans, but later found out that could've been bad, you can risk that, it's very painful, but after a couple days it's healed, and you can pull it back fully. It will separate on it's own over time, though. I probably know more about it than your doctor, most doctors don't know much about foreskin care anymore, many just say let's circumsize him.
