Windows 7 - service pack?

I am currently Windows 7 RC which will expire on June 1st(1st March windows turn ingenuine). So before buying a retail copy I want to make sure is there any plan to release a service pack for Windows 7.

I doubt they will release a service pack any time soon. Windows 7 was accepted very well and has very little problems.

Service Packs generally aren't released this early into the timeline of an operating system. There's not enough updates for 7 yet to make it worth the while of creating a service pack.
