What shoudl i do to find out?

If i think i have any type of mental illness, what should i do to make sure? cause my mom doesnt believe me, should i check with a school counsellor? should i find some special doctor? should i ask my normal family doctor? what should i do?

A school counsellor would be a good start. They should be able to see if you have any mental illnesses. They can then point you in the right direction on who to see next.
