I don't know if it was discussed before, but why aren't there VMs
(Visitor Message)
In other VBulletin based forums use this. This is the first I came across one that does not allow us to Visitor Message/Post other members.
Anything regarding this is appreciated.

This has been asked before, not too recently though. If you have a search through this forum then you should find something. If not I'm sure someone will remember why it's not allowed and why it probably never will be.

It was discussed very recently here (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/showthread.php?t=64543) and in more detail here (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/showthread.php?t=24245)
Those should answer your question

I thank you for your troubles, and I kindly request a lock to this thread. As it is deemed unnecessary now.
I am sorry for the troubles and what is seemed to be a waste of time.

it's not a waste of time, it's a good question. but you would have found out that the reason why it is disabled is due to serious abuse of this site feature and with the moderators finding it extremely hard to patrol it is in the best interest for the safety of members to have it disabled.

Abuse, I don't know of any abuse. From my experience of other forums, the one who gets harassed or anything, can easily tell the Moderators and Administrators to look at the situation.
It is not difficult to tell the mod or the admin to take action on it.
I am more of a VM guy, just enter the page and write the message and that's all.
And PMs are too vexing and tiresome, go here and there and what not.

Since this forum attracts a lot of people who want to know questions about puberty, people will be asking questions like, "how big iz ur penis" and "ur hot, u wana cam?" and stuff like that.

Doesn't make it different than PM, but still cumbersome process.
I can send you a message with the same topic on "how big iz ur penis"

It's easier to report and can be dealt with quicker.
I'm not against something like this because I'm on another forum and it seems to work well, to my knowledgel, but the P101 noobs will abuse this system like they did with PMing.

I agree with Jake, the same topic came up last time this was suggested. It's been tried and it gets abused every time.
