Also, I may be not a perfect or Native English speaker, but I do have intermediate English skills. Which at least I hope people understand from it i.e my current speaking language.

My personal opinion is it is Indecent to do that, that's my one point perspective opinion. There might be many others that thinks that this is good, OK and normal to do.
