Pop Ups...Help?

So lately we've been pulling up Opera or Firefox but we get to sites like MSN, FaceBook and so forth, and they will open new tabs saying we've won a prize.
Now I've scanned the computer with Malware Bytes and Avast and both say there is nothing wrong, AND we have pop-up blockers..
Any idea of what this is or what we can do?

Also if we search something on Google and click the link to a site, it'll take us to other sites then the one we clicked on.

Please Help.

There is defiantly some sort of malware/trojan on your computer.

I'd recommend scanning with an online-based scanner, as their definitions can't be altered (And virus' CAN alter definitions).

Forgot to mention I run Windows XP and it told me it doesn't work with XP.

XD It said it wouldn't work with my operating system then I noticed it said in fine print to use IE. I'm installing it now.
