I noticed a few weeks back that i got some very dry/red skin at the end of my foreskin/body when hard, and i get it sometimes if i masterbate more frequently than once or day or after ive been having a lot of sex,

It seems to go away for a while if i cut back / moisterise, but i want to know if this is a problem i need to get checked out.

I would get it checked out, especially since you said you've been having sex. You could have an STD. or it could be nothing. just to play it safe get it checked out

ur skin could jus be irrated from all the pulling on it ur probly streessing it too much slow down im not circumcisied either but get checked still

sounds like you are masturbating/having sex too much and that irritates the skin. however i recommend you get it checked out.
