I keep reading that a lot of people get a boner when they put a new pair on. Whats with getting boners from underwear? Why does it make u get a boner?

The first time i wore boxer briefs i got a boner because of the tightness since i wasnt use to it becaise i always wore boxers. But i dont get a boner everytime i put a new pair of underwear on.

Idk it just seems weird to me. i dont get it.
