After every time I masturbate my penis seems to dribble semen for a while, usually 15-20 minutes.
Does anyone know why this is? or how I can prevent it?
Is it something I should worry about?

I wouldn't worry about the dribbling bit. But the prolonged dribbling, is it you're ejaculating for the 15 minutes or just the semen appears to be dribbling. If the latter then I would suggest it may appear to be dribbling when it's just hanging around there (for lack of a better phrase)

If you're referring to the semen dribbling whilst your no longer aroused then it's just the semen that hasn't left your body, leaving.
