So it is an eating disorder if I am only ever eating one meal a day, if that. Sometimes I don't eat for entire days at a time. I'm not incredibly skinny, or fat. And normally when I do eat I'm not hungry, I'm never hungry, I have to force myself to eat 'cause I know I need to.
Is this an eating disorder, or just my being weird?

1 meal, I hope it is the breakfast.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It is not just for you strength but for concentration and longevity of the body which will sustain a lot of troubles during the day.

Even if you left Launch or dinner. Breakfast is not compensable and it is important, let it be the only meal.

You leave the dinner, or the dinner is what you eat?

If you leave the dinner, then it is fine. A small snack will be enough.

But if the dinner is the only meal you eat, then you are going on the wrong tracks.

Yes, you do need to start eating again. you're skinny enough as is.. no need to be skinnier.

Dinner is the only meal I eat.

Seriously?

Then it is as you said "being weird" and it is un-healthy habit.

I recommend breakfast, few snacks and nothing else.

Are you active? Sports, regular exercise, walks, anything? I'm more inclined to eat if I go for a bike ride every other day.

The end result will be fatigue and over all tiredness. Do you eat short snacks?

Hmmm, puzzling. I'd eat when you feel like tbh. I eat when I'm hungry but stop when I'm full. That happens to be quite often in small amounts though it's different for everyone. If you start feeling weak or sick then I suggest you try and eat more. Usually eating when you're hungry is safe.

Not really..

I never get hungry though.. If I only ate when I was hungry it would probably be like never... lol

Also, eating anything isn't healthy either. The diet must contain fruits and vegetable to avoid and resist sickness and Carbohydrate and sugar is a must if you work out too much, they provide energy to the body, you know.

I know, when I do eat it's a pretty balanced meal, thought it is a very small meal.

Now we are getting to some where. That's good, always eat small balanced proportioned meals rather than big and tommy filling meals.

Stress could certainly be the culprit. There is an evolutionary advantage to not eating when you are stressed. Let me put it to you this way - if you were in the wild and a bear was after you, it wouldn't be to your advantage to be distracted by hunger - no, the best thing to do would be to run and get away.
The problem is, is that the body doesn't have the ability to differentiate stress from psychological factors (like your parents) from environmental ones (like the bear).
Next time you see a doctor mention it - and go see one if these keeps up for much longer, or especially if you start losing weight.

I'd recommend eating 6 little things a day than one meal...

It sounds like the medical definition of anorexia - lack of appetite.

I'd see a doctor about it.

Stress would be a very likely cause.. for I am Incredibly stressed at the moment, and I usually am always very stressed about one thing or another...

I actually don't see doctors...ever..

I might try that

I hate doctors, every single time I've gone to a doctor all they ever told me is that I'm in perfect health. And that I'm in the 5th percentile for my weight. lol
Oh and also that cutting isn't god for me. (like I didn't know that already)

Well, I know how that feels to have crap drs.

Try the 6 little meals a day, rather than the 1, it could shrink your stomach, and also make the hunger signals irregular, making it hard to tell when you're hungry, if at all, and in fact, can cause nausea at the thought of food.

If you regulate your eating patterns, it can 1) speed your metabolism up and 2) regulate your hunger signals plus the added 3) make the lack of appetite/nausea(if any) go away, and maybe even increase your appetite more as well as 4) increasing the size of your stomach.

Seems better, no?

It's not an eating disorder. But it is a tricky one though.
If you're not tired or anything, if you're feeling healthy, and things like your hair and nails are okay.. then I wouldn't worry about it.
Some people just don't need as much as others for their body to run on.
Just keep paying attention to your general health, and it probably WOULD be a good idea to try and snack during the day. I understand you're not hungry, so there's no point forcing meals into you - also, your body won't know what to do with it, so it'll probably make you gain weight.
But just snacking, having bags of fruit or whatever around you, keeping your energy up, seem like the best plans. (And obviously getting plenty of sleep!) :) x
