You are asking two different questions here.. The title of the thread is asking if it's okay to "Walk" with friends which I thing is perfectly fine and really fun.
But then the poll is asking if it's okay to "Wank" with a friend.. which is completely different. and I don't think that's okay..

I do think it all depends on how close you are to the friend. If you have a really close relationship then it may well be Ok for you to try it. If it's a somewhat strained relationship then trying anything like that might just stretch it to breaking point.
