Not considering any actual laws:
What age does a person REALLY become able to consent?
What is the upper and lower limit of who they should have sex with?
If a young person has sex with an older person, does that make the older person immoral?
If you are under the age of majority: how old are you, would you consider having sex with a person, say 10 or 15 years, older than you?
Please do not feel required to answer all or any of these specific questions, but do discuss any related topics.

Age laws are always fair in that they give everyone equal treatment, but they are not necessarily wise or just. Everyone will tell you they felt ready at a different time, and then years later they'll look back on it and possibly change their mind. It's just too individual.

What age does a person REALLY become able to consent?

At an individual level, it varies because some may not be able to fully understand the concept at the same age as others do. So, for these purposes, the age would be the age where the person understands a) what sexual intercourse involves, b) the potential results and c) how to deal with the results and what to do/not to.

What is the upper and lower limit of who they should have sex with?

Returning to the previous question, the age bracket would vary.

If a young person has sex with an older person, does that make the older person immoral?

For these purposes of ignoring the actual laws and psychiatric conditions, it'd depend on how the older person engaged in the sexual intercourse (i.e. coercion, rape, younger and older being willing, etc...).

I'm unsure what the age of majority is so I cannot answer.

Such laws are created after much thought process, surveys etc, thus are more or less depict the correct age.
But as each person's fingerprints are different, each person has his/her own age of consent(personal decision).
