I thought this one was at least as good as the first one and definitely better than the second and fourth. Mainly this was because it was taken over by Zucker and includes Sheen, Nielsen, and Carlin in the cast. Sheen and Nielsen have experience with this type of comedy and know how to deliver lines in this format. Faris maintains the lead and Carlin gets to play a part he was meant to play.
