I love because all their character seems so real in terms of how they present emotion.
Rikku is my fav character because she's so hyper and happy, but knows when to calm down.
My favorite villain is: Sephiroth. He has long hair and a kick-ass song!

Since the first game and up till date. But I won't get FF-XIII. My gaming days are basically over.

I will never ever buy the online games = FF-XI and FF-XIV

But there is some mistake the company made and I will fix it.

NES where 3 games FF, FF-II FF-III

SNES FF-II FF-III FF-IV F-V FF-VI

PSX FF/FF-II FF-VI/FF-IV and FF-Chronicles.

FF-II of NES is the same in FF-II in playstation.

FF-II on SNES is Chronicles in Playstaion.

On SNES FF-III is FF-VI

FF-II on SNES is FF-IV remade game, again.

FF-V is the only sound game.

FF-VII/VIII/IX are good games, but I love 9 more.

Never played X but did played X-2

Last game would be FF-XII

I think JRPG does better, you have the adventure and fun. But you also have a love story under it all and the character seem to have real emotions.

I used to, but I can't put 50+ hours into a game anymore. It's just too much. I can do 30 but after that I just lose it. The FF series is a controller thrower for me as well.

Yea from what ive seen and going on what you say im gowing to buy ff13, because i do love a game with a long deep storyline not some action flick story like mw2 has. and the gameplay looks good, roll on March 9th!:yes:

I would say get Final Fantasy X if you haven't already, it's my favorite and I think the story is the best.

I'm not a big fan of that kind of turnbased play. I like RTS turnbase a la Rome:Total War and Civilization Revolution(never played the computer ones. XD). But anyway, I've only played one FF game. The one of the PSP, "Crisis Core", I think it is FFVII, maybe. Other than that, nope. Never played them on the PS2. I only got Crisis Core because one of my good friends on XBL adores FF and wanted me to play a FF game.

Finally, something other the call of duty in tech junky's "paradise." I like the turn based battle system that rpg's offer. It give structure so you can develop a strategy. Not just run in with your machine gun and hope your mashing the buttons fast enough.

Besides that the epic story dynamics and bar raising graphics that set the bar back before I was born and while I was two young to apreciate them are the funnest to play. ATM, I am in the midst of playing FF. That's number 1 the first one. I am having lots of fun with it.

I really have to say that I thought square enix went down the toilet after X but with XIII coming out It seem that game alone justifies the purchase of a PS3. My favorite will always be seven and I know it is somewhat cliche but the story line and music(nobuo is a musical genius) are amazing.

Also food for discussion: Does anyone else feel the final fantasy's are becoming soft too what people might think of as offensive? In seven there were many sexual puns,(no one can forget aeris threatening to castrate don corneo.), the cussing side character's, and the cross dressing of the main character. I prefer this to the slightly cheesy voice acting of FFX and beyond.

I will never be able to repay my mom the debt I owe her for opening my eyes to the awesomeness of FF. We went to Game Stop and I had 12 bucks. (to an eleven year old in 2004 that's a good amount.) I was going to get sly cooper because the cover bright and colorful and as an obnoxious 11 year old that is what brought my eye. I had had a friend who had sly cooper and said it was fun. Just before I bought it my mother, told me to buy FFVII.

People who have seen FFVII's cover know it's not particularly colorful or exciting for your average obnoxious eleven your old so I almost said no but then I noticed the roman numerals. I love roman numerals. Plus it was more then 12 dollars and my mom was willing to chip in if I got it which to me was a rare occasion. So, after some hesitation I got it. Best game ever. I would like to apologize to everybody here who I bored with this story/rant. I would like to end this with, Thank you, mom.

Skimpy outfits but they still go on a spiritual journey and they're main focus is finding the boy they're in love with. But they never talk about anything that could possibly considered offensive.
