Darling, I know I've spent weeks telling you how much you mean to me, and that you've changed my life.. but it's so much more than that.
I don't know where I would be if it wasn't for you. You've been the one that understands and helps me through every single obstacle that I seem to encounter. I could go from crying my eyes out to overwhelmingly happy after just a second of talking to you.
I just want you to know that I would do everything in my power to make a difference in your life; to help you in any way I can.
I treasured every second we talked on the phone. I'll never forget the feeling of my heart skipping when you told me you love me.
The engine roars to life,
and the pavement becomes a blur.
My tears catch the light
as they splatter on the floor.
I can hear laughter in the back
and music to my right.
My eyelashes are soaked,
and my eyes are shut tight.
I'm shaking from pain,
as the sun shines in the window.
The snow is starting to melt,
I just want winter to go.
The tears fall through the floor
and I glimpse out to see
that this bus is flying
On a chain between you and me.
All of the pain in my life
has turned into a sea.
and my dreams are taking me away
to where i'm meant to be.
The sky is on fire
as the sun goes down.
I smile against its warmth
finally forgetting the frown.
Silver, Gold, Orbs of light.
Falling from the sky around me.
The bus is gone, and i'm alone.
Flying to where my heart must be.
The glitter fades away
as I stare into the light
It's pitch black around me
and the feeling isn't right.
My arms reach out for you
and you run after me.
The sun's fading fast
and you're waist deep at sea.
I close my eyes and concentrate
Over time the light will return.
The waves crash, reaching up
against my skin the water burns.
I soar up into the stars
their light reminding me why
My pain has been erased,
and I no longer sit and cry.
I drift to sleep,
cradled by the moon.
I wait for the sun to rise,
I dream that it's coming soon.
As the horizon sets on fire,
I smile against the rays
as the stars nudge me awake.
The magic puts me in a daze.
I drift down to where you were
to find footprints in the sand.
It takes me hours to get to the end,
To where the footprints have you stand.
You're staring at the sky
and you're back is to me
So I quietly stand next to you
and ask what you're hoping to see.
"I told this girl that I would wait,
She said that she's coming for me.
I'm watching for the airplane
that's bringing her across the sea.
She's the only girl I'll ever love,
Fate has brought us together.
So I'm standing on this beach
Watching, Waiting for her."
Staring into the setting sun,
We stand there silently.
You close your eyes and breath in deep

"Any girl would be a fool

I breath in your scent;
