Im scared...

Okay, so I'm not usually the one to get into relationships. But someone asked me out and I just met them today. Of course I got out of it with the typical wait till we know each other excuse >............< but im freking scared as fuck....i mean hes a really...REALLY wealthy boy and thats the intimidating part i mean i never ask anyone for anything and i don't i mean i really seriously don't know how to handle being bought things out of kindness which hes already trying to do but i just end up crying a lot >.< I believe in equivalent exchange (so full metal alchemist i know) and people always make me work for anything i get and its just hard to fathom someone would ever want to do something nice just to be nice without expecting anything in return...its scary..I don't know how to handle this I need help but im afraid to ask..im always afraid to ask for help so when he says if i ever need any money part of me screams "NO NO NO NO NO I CAN DO IT ALL MYSELF" which is annoying because I WANT to let people help...i just don't know how to without feeling guilty that i cant give anything back

oh god can anyone help me? is anyone else feeling in some slight way like this...
