Athletic Clubs

Okies well I throw discus for my school and last year I went on to throw for my district and then Surrey. Anyways I think that really anyone would be pleased with that but all I have ever been told it how to hold it and how to throw it so basically had no coaching. :D anyways ...
I still know that I can do so much better than that and im looking into joining an athletics club.
So ... I wondered if anyone here went to one and what I could expoect in going to it.

Souldnt your school PE teacher teach you how to hold it? I thought most teachers would teach the basics be4 letting you throw it. But anyways, I heard little athetics is pretty good for that but i wouldnt know for sure as i've never done it. but if you dont wanna do that, maybe just ask your PE teacher.
