It depends on how much detail you want. If it's simply alternative names, then Google or perhaps Wikipedia but if it's on details, such as how they function, experiments on trial medications and so forth, Google and Wikipedia can be good but only up to an extent. You'll then need access to scientific databases and journals if you want more.
