It can be normal, its just the parts in your penis weaking due to the movement to climax (ejaculating)

It's normal-ish. I mean, not like everytime but it's normal sometimes. If you need to pee whenever you get a boner then maybe it's not so normal.

And to my knowledge, no. There are to tubes to your urethra, one from the prostate which brings semen and sperm upon ejaculation, and the other from the bladder which brings urine. When the penis becomes erect, the one from the bladder is closed off and only the one from the prostate should be able to supply fluids. In theory anyway. If you have any concerns, I'd ask your doctor.

Michael is right, its generally very difficult to pee if you have a hard-on, you normally have to wait for it to go down a bit.

Before the 'stuff' down there is sorted out it is common to urinate instead of ejaculating. The two tubes are separate but similar, so if you're trying to stimulate yourself - you can piss because subconsciously get the tubes mixed up.

To OP, it's normal when you're first going through puberty. The tubes aren't developed yet.
