The reason it increases the feling of an orgasm because your gspot is located in your anus. You can use a finger, a pen, sharpie, but i suggest a finger. You can use lotion as a lube or spit. You can use a rubber glove or a condom over you finger if you want, but its not nessesary. You may cum more, use a condom if you desire.
