It's not "wrong" but it isn't necessarily "good" either. What I'm about to say is completely true but it may make some upset, no upset intended.

Doing any type of anal stimulation for men or women is considered unhealthy. Not because of any bacteria in poop...but simply because the anus is a one way exit...not a two way entrance/exit. It has sphincter muscles that are intended to let things out, not allow things in. Over use of this muscle to make things go in can cause something called "leaky butt" which means the muscle may not work any more and you may find yourself with diarrhea that just releases it self (slowly "leaks") and can cause itching and other discomfort. Anal stimulation with the right precautions can be a positive experience. Don't use anything too big (i.e. full sized dildo) and be sure to use lube and ease it in. Be sure that whatever you use it completely clean and that you don't cut yourself. Repeated anal stimulation is currently linked with anal cancer...simply because multiple abrasions can occur.
