Just a little update for you guys. I haven't self harmed in over 5 weeks now, and i'm doing just fine (: I think the reason is that I have made a promise to my boyfriend, and I am so proud of myself, when I tell him how long i've been without doing it. Just that simple promise, makes all the diffrence. I make myself believe that our realationship is as strong as I am personally, and that self harming would just make it fall apart. I'm doing well. I wanna keep it that way.
