Ectopic pregnancy

I've been having some intense pain on the left side of my stomach, and I'm bleeding like crazy and I know it's not my period. I'm completely saturating the thickest pads in less than 4 hours off and on.

Could it be an ectopic pregnancy? I'm really scared but I'm reluctant to go to the doctor lest it turns out to be a big waste of time :(

Go to the hospital we were talking about cervical cancer recently and that was the main sign bleeding inbetween periods.

Honestly, if this had been an ectopic pregnancy then there are three possible ways this could have gone.
One possibility is that she went to the hospital herself, another is that she passed out from blood loss and someone else took her to the hospital, the final one is that she passed out from blood loss and died.
One of them would have been played out the day she posted this or (at a push) the day after.

I hope with all my might that she is ok and got to a hospital.
