chocolate gateau

Hey!

Today i am making a chocolate gateau and i simply can't remember the recipe and step-by-step haha

I have;

Caster Sugar
Self raising flour?? i think plain flour will do
cocoa powder
margarine
3 eggs

Topping;
Chocolate angel delight :P
milk
Piping bag

could you guys let me know what i else i would need and possibly the step by step? hopefully before 1200pm GMT
