Someone please explain to me how to do Manual Tugging?

OK, so I had to google it to find out that its a foreskin restoration technique. Really I dont think that can be answered here, google is your friend.

Manual tugging is a way of restoring your foreskin by yourself which can be VERY VERY dangerous and even though this isn't breaking any rule in particular this could lead to serious injury and I dont think I want to let someone on VT feel responsible for misguidance, google is your friend though and so are doctors.
