How much do you wish that was real? If only more LGBT kids had confidence like that...

I thought it was stupid. The kid presumed the boy was Gay and went up to him and asked him to dance in a random type of way. What if the boy wasn't Gay he asked to dance with? It'd be awkward and he'd probably be made fun of. This advertisement doesn't express at all how it's like to be a gay kid in a straight society.

yeah it does express what it's like to be a gay kid. It says you dont need to be afraid. It's telling you to have confidence and don't let people judge you. He didn't presume anything. He knows he staright cause he's dancing with a girl. This tells alot. i dont think You don't get the point of the ad.

Yeah the commercial is good.
But in my opinion the blonde boy knew the other guy wasn't straight and hence the expression on the eyes of the other guy(and not because he was being asked to dance by a boy), I could be wrong of course.
It could also refer to not being afraid of coming out in public...
PS:They dance in a funny way :P

You wish for what exactly?? What good is it to court a straight guy?

I think he might've meant a boy who seemed straight but not defined as such.

well i mean is i wish i had that kind of confidence and not be afraid even though he is straight. i think every gay boy would love to have the confidence and not be afraid to be who you are.

It's an advertisement... when do they ever make sense?
I do wish I had that much confidence, I wouldn't ask a straight guy though... that's just pointless

Honestly, that commercial didn't make me feel anything at all.
No words, didn't really show a point, I really had no connection to that commercial.
