Incest is illegal, regardless of the age. And beyond that, the fact that you were engaging in the kind of sexual activity at such a young age is also disturbing. Now, obviously we don't know how old this brother is, but still, it's wrong.

If you were 8 you were too young really to understand what was going on there, but your brother was certainly old enough to know that was wrong and to be honest he was taking advantage of you. Basically that was abuse.

If it hasnt left you with any problems or guilty feelings then I would just try to forget about it. You might not want to leave him alone with your own kids when your older though.
