Dont ask us for advice as to how to get him to touch you or the thread ia likely to get locked. But if that's what you want and he seems to want to then why not? It doesnt make you gay, it's just two horny guys having a bit of fun. Okay dude you are a teen and teens get curious. I'd say if you want to know you may be bi. You are to young to know if you are 100% gay which I bet yo aren't. If you are interested in girls then you are probably bi.

alot of teens and preteens going through puberty, do hit that curiosity stage where they want to experiment and find their actual sexuality, you may be bi/gay or u may be str8, for me i turned out gay but thats just me.
