do any of you work out like pushups,setups,bench n that kind of stuff

I bench sometimes but run, do sit ups, push ups, stretch; the whole nine =]. I play softball and in order to keep up with everyone else I have to work even harder than they do to play harder

Bicycle, that's about it for now. My cardio is terrible. Eventually I want to work out the rest of my body but for now I'm just riding the bike.

I do cardio and running and stuff like that. But before i lift weights and do pullups.

I have a years gym membership. I can never make it down there because its on the other side of town and i hate bussing. But i do situps daily and do the mountain stairs on occasion

I work out a lot because I like to look good so I go to the gym 4 times a week then do MMA 3 times a week

i would do the full monty of workout weightlifting, but wouldn't due very much cardio because of my fast metabolism. i would mostly do weights but i would also do pushups, benchpress and a number of aerobics stances to tone muscles like "the plank" which is basically lying flat balancing using the tip of your feet and your forearms to tone your abdominals

yeah. i go to the gym, work on my back and chest mainly. u need to stay in shape for ur health and to look good=)

yeah the hardest part bout working out is actually getting to the gym=P once ur there its fine. for me i need someone else to work out with me cuz it does get boring and u need to rest between sets so its good to have someone to go talk to for tht minute or two

I do sit ups, crunches, bench, leg lifts, and push ups.....keeps me in shape

yea. I just have some handweights. I work out a few times a week before bed. but its nothing more than just some basic stuff. Bicep-curls, crunches, maybe some bench work with the freeweights.

Water polo is pretty much a whole body work out but i also lift weights 4 times a week and i love to run daily

every single day, sometimes twice. i do a full thurough workout upperboddy one day, lower body the next(with push-ups and some light upper). it pays off and i feel healthier than i ever have in my life.

I try to work out every day. I do just about everything, but mostly running.

i use the "iron gym total upper body workout bar" which is great for everything in the upper body (duh:D) i also do sit ups and run/ride my bike alot

Yeah, I do weights/resistance training, and other days I'll do running or biking. I try to do it as much as possible without overworking myself.

This all are my daily routine workout styles. Actually I love my body and for that I can do any thing. Body building is my passion and I am doing best workout for that. Push ups and pull ups are compulsory for me.

What's the ideal schedual for someone with alot of time on their hands? at the minute i'm doing 4 days a week. i've heard that less than two days rest can be bad for you.

it all depends on what you want your body to look like or the type of training that you do as i have lots of time on my hands and since i work at a pool i play water polo from Mon-Fri for bout 2 hours then i just teach my classes but before i go to the pool i go to the gym to lift weights for bout 1.5-2 hours on Mon, Wed, Fri, and Sat then on Tues, THurs i run 10 miles and i rest on Sun. Rest is ESSENTIAL for your muscles or they wont be able to gain as much mass if you constantly work them but i say don rest for more than 1 day at a time

I joined the Gym last year and at first was really good going three or four times a week. I have since slipped and now go once or twice. I really need to get motivated again and get into the groove. Anyone has any ideas?

I basically do a bunch of different stuff for my body each. I used to go 4 days a weeks but I'm going to start again as soon as this ice melts.

I'm a serious weightlifter. I would use the term "body builder" but then everyone i know would make fun of me and stuff..so i'll call it powerlifting. I powerlift alot

Workout is very necessary in teen age like any sport or join
the gym for the exercise is good for the healthy life.

I do some weight training, sit ups, crunches, pull ups, running, play soccer, I also use a punch bag that I have in my garage.

for baseball practice we do alot of pushups... and we go 2 the gym like once a week and do some bench work... nutin crazy though

We don't do a lot of that for tennis, but we run. I go to the gym with my dad but only once a week at most (his father/son bonding time!) I want to do more at the gym though -- I want to work on buildin my chest some.

Hey buddy, I have done push up' s sit up's on daily basis and also have the bench.... I got very much benefit's of that one and have the best one result's out there...........

Sometimes, especially before soccer starts, but the weight bench me and my brother got is mostly always covered in clothes in our room lol. Makes a great place to hang stuff.

well, i do 45 situps a day, walk random distances, run around like a boss and go up and down the staircase for a random amount of time to keep me fit.





My dad said he'll get me a gym membership and i never knew why it didn't happen.....
