How do you delete searches, like on eg. Google. When you click the Search Bar and all the searches you have already done display, is there anyway to delete them?

Yep! I take it you mean the Google Toolbar (and not the Deskbar or Desktop Search). Click around that area (there should be a button near the text box) and options should appear. One of them should let you delete all of them. Also, try and go into your Google Toolbar's options and look around for an option of search history (it's a check box, just uncheck it).

Good luck, Sid :)

Hmm lemme see if i can remember, if you use internet explorer, tools, internet options, content, autocomplete, clear forms. If you use firefox, you can set it to delete all files when you close a window by following these instructions...tools, options, privacy, saved forms, settings, check the stuff to be cleared, then check clear private data chhenclosing firefox, you can close tabs, but not the big window, otherwise just check stuff to clear and hit the clear stuff button.

Sid, reread what I've written. I think we're on the same page, so just try what I've already advised. :)

Yes, that works as well... In fact, not searching/looking at porn is the best way to protect your computer :)

Maybe he means the page not the toolbar. Just make it to where all of them show, (i.e click on it or press the down arrow) and press delete while you have one selected. If you want to mass delete them, put your mouse on the top of the box and have the first search high-lighted. Then hold down delete, and the box will stay open because you have a option selected. Wait for the box to dissapear and you're ready to go!

I hope that's right...I don't know much about computers 0_o
