Is anyone else a fan of this game? I think it's pretty cool. :)

Cell and creature stage are the best part of the game IMO (Complete with G-rated sex!). Tribal and Civilization parts are just really annoying and I don't like them. Then Space is the icing on the cake.

For some reason my monsters always end up looking like small dinosaurs with big ears and random weird parts here and there... :what:

Definitely with you in regards to the stuff after creature being annoying lol, the parts before that are decent though.

I played it on a friends computer when it came out and I was unfortunately really disappointed. I think I was thinking of something like Civ IV on a galactic scale. They made so much hype about it. After about the second time playing it becomes really redundant....Oh well :(

I played it at a friends house. It was somewhat fun. But I didn't get to play that long either, before we started playing Fallout 3.

Meh. Once I got to space i was like... "Whats the point?" So i try and stay in the other times for as long as i can. >.<

Dude Spore is freaking awesome. I eventually had to me ripped away from my computer and put through a twelve step program to stop playing it. It was horrible with Over 8 days of grueling shock treatment even if i glanced at Sporepedia.

I was completely hyped for this game after I saw the first preview of it from 2005, but I was extremely disappointed after getting the game, since they completely dumbed it down, and made it a piece of shit in the intervening years.
