I reaally really thought it would suck - a lot. but it's not bad at all. nothing on the original but its still pretty spooky. Originally I thought it was a hashed remake being made only for the 6/6/6 gimmick, but I dare to say its actually good.

The new omen is nothing on the originals and there is definatley gonna be a second and third coming soon. if you havent seen the originals buy part I, II and III from amazon they are great!

Yeah - the original is amazing.. but I was surprised at how good the remake was. Normally remakes suck but The Omen remake was pretty good (Although I must say that the Nanny in the new one was AWFUL)

The 2nd, 3rd, & 4th Omen are pretty good.. but not too great. They kinda drag out the plot a little to long for me. You can get the box set for kinda cheap on Overstock.com as well

I haven't seen the original but the plot for the remake really keeps you glued to the movie. The part where the guys head is cut off is so cool! I mean if the original is that creepy then I'm seeing it.
