Do you have any friends (or yourself) who have armpit hair but whose voices haven't changed? Is that super weird?

Nothing weird about that. We all go through puberty at way different levels. Which include voice change, and body hair. One could come way before the other.

Its not weird. As Discotheque said, things can happen at different times. Its normal. Ummm my friend from school, he's voice hasn't broken yet but he has arm pit hair. Its cool.

there is no set order that these things will happen. it varies from person to person.

The same can be said for any other part of puberty changes.
Everyone develops at different rates and things change in different orders at different speeds. Only some things are more commonly near the beginning of puberty.

It's not unusual for others to go through puberty differently some things come sooner then others there is nothing weird about that.
