I've tried this before, but I never could get a proper, working, animated avatar on here. It IS the correct size, it IS in .gif format and it works in windows. Any ideas?

You direct upload or do it from a pic hosting site? If you do one try the other.

When I upload it, it doesn't animate, it's just stuck on one frame.

edit: tried putting it on photobucket, except now it just says "remote file too large" even though it's only 100x100 >_<
