Really anything absorbant and DISPOSABLE...

Towels, t-shirts and stuff like that have to be washed and sometimes cum and permo-stain them, and plus if your parent do washing, they might notice that there are hard patches on your items :/

If by 9000 you are referring to sperm, then unless you have a low sperm count you're mistaken. There is millions in ever ejaculation as far as I'm aware.

I almost always have tissues near me when I masturbate, if not then I just eat it. It's just as easy really. I used to use a sock, but the sock has now disappeared (I'm thinking my parents know what I was using it for) so I didn't bother using another one.
