Even at 19 you can still be going through puberty, there is still time for your penis to grow. Just give it time. Although don't expect it to grow, there's a chance that 3" might be the extent of your size.

In my opinion, there is nothing wrong with that. OK, its small and all that, BUT does it really matter? I dont think so I dont know if your straight/ bi/gay or what you are, but who ever you will/do love will love you for who you are not for how long your penis is. So, I say dont worry about it and you can still grow, but you are who you are!:D

Viagra has nothing to do with penis size. It helps you get/stay hard.

It sounds like you are a late bloomer. Do you have any other bodily changes?? Such as: pubic hair, voice changing, etc, etc?

your most likely just very late in the puberty process. like the guy above me said what changes in your body have you already noticed

19 years old and 3 inches is uncommon, but not unheard of. Keep in mind guys typically go through puberty right up until around 21, so you may just be a late bloomer.
Surgery should never be a first answer, or even something to consider unless you've exhausted every other option. I seriously wouldn't suggest it, instead, I would suggest trying to accept your body, and realize that it's not the size of the boat, it's the motion of the ocean that matters!

I would say that I began puberty around age 14, I have every other "feature" of puberty. I guess all I can do it wait. I WILL NOT resort to surgery, not my style.

well i guess all we can really say to you is just to wait and see, it just sounds like your simply late on puberty. just like some people could have all their "features" of puberty but may not shave etc.

ok so you sound on the small side but everything i read says any size works and is enough to get a girl pregnant so don't worry about.
