My working out is different.

I plan to do bodybuilding in the near future. Hopefully by the summer.

But right now I do gymnastics, and to me that's a workout. Cartwheels and stuff like that.

But I used to weigh a lot more than I do now. I would usually do treadmills or the exercise bike for an hour for two days a week. Then jog or run around my neighborhood.

I'm not overweight now, so I do gymnastics, and I will go onto weightlifting in a few months.

I wish I could work out like I used to but due to my health I can't.

I used to LOVE walking, swimming, bike riding & using the gym though.

I used to do quite a lot of sit ups, push ups & just general running.

I loved the treadmill though, & cycling in the gym.

I also loved skipping. ;D

It worked quite well for me before, it was a good way to keep fit, I was walking everyday anyway, & I loved certain ways of keeping fit anyway, so two birds with one stone. ;)

Oooh, Ice skating too!
:yeah:

Sitting on a chair, moving my fingers and thumbs, occasionally kicking the Tv in frustration.
Yup, you guessed it. I play my xbox all day and it doesn't help at all.

I do lots of different "workouts"
push ups
sit ups
crunches
leg lifts
triangle push ups
Some odd arm exercise
running
blah
blah

They work out good for me...One thing is tho if I take 1 day off I hurt for like 3 after words.

Eh, mines usually running, swimming, football or weights. Whichever i feel like most at the time. Tbh, its not just how you work out though, its the diet/lifestyle involved. It works fairly well, Ive never really been out of shape in honesty.

That's not an effective work out routine. It's better to work out two or three times a week and go into overdrive than do lighter work outs every single day. You limit yourself by doing that.

My work out routine includes free running, which incorporates martial arts, vaulting, climbing, boxing/kick boxing, wrestling, Qing Gong, among a multitude of other things that Josh and I combined with our free running.

My actual work outs are throughout the week are:
Stretching.
Jogging (in the Summer.)
500+ push ups.
1,000+ leg lifts.
150+ curls.
And, occasionally, I do a varied number of squats.

Over time, I'm gradually increasing the increments of each work out. I just did curls yesterday after a period of time of being sick, so I need to make up for lost time.

If you need any work out or dietary tips, feel free to contact me.
