My family thinks im paranoid or a hypochondriac but they dont know my body >:/

My mom said when I was little I was anemic and she had a lot of trouble getting my blood to absorb iron, I also have a heart murmer. No one believes that I still have anemia, and it gets really bad. I don't have health insurance so I can't have a blood test done and even if I do I'm worried it might come back negative and I'll feel extremely stupid.

My doctor diagnosed me with 'exercise induced asthma' which is a load of shit because there's nothing wrong with me breathing, when I do a lot of physical labor it's my entire body that gives out. When my iron's low I get very cold (Which is cause for concern because I could stand outside in 30 degree weather and be warm as a fire)

My nails show the symptoms of anemia too, I just think it's wrong that no one believes me :(

Plead with your parents to have a blood-check done on you. Even if turns up negative, it will show up any other reasons for your 'anemia'. But I am 60% sure that it is anemia.

Now this really becomes scary. Does these symptoms go away when you eat iron-rich food?

it's happened a few times, i ate some peanut butter and felt a little better, i get extremely thirsty too sometimes but i dont really know if thats a symptom or not >.< I drink 5-6 bottles of water a day..thanks for your concern i feel like im just being paranoid sometimes

I cut myself once (Not like a death cut i mean a tiny one) and my blood didnt have that oxygenated iron rich scent to it and was kinda thin..

In certain anemic cases(about 10%), people also become thirsty. Have you tried any RBC boosters?

I dont know what RBC is but im guessing its red blood count? and no >:/ no health coverage i can't get any boosters..and my family doctor retired..he was the only gay friendly doctor i liked :(

Im 16 but i dont know if that helps

connor a diabetic friend of mine said ecessive thirst could be diabetes but i use my aunts blood thingy to take mine once in a while and it always shows up normal

Yes, RBC is red blood cells. If the machine says you have no diabetes, then you won't be having it.
Till you find a reliable doctor you may try eating cereals, cooked beans, pumpkin seeds, Black strap Molasses, Canned beans, Baked potato with skin, pasta and Canned asparagus etc.
