Why am I Freaking Out About This?

You know about C from my last post in this forum and how I have a crush on him :whoops:
Well, at our stupid school they are selling these stupid little valentine cards and candy and junk and C bought one. When I saw him buying it and it drove me INSANE! I wouldn't stop talking about it until I found out who he was giving it to. I found out. And now I won't stop thinking about it.
Now, my friends are starting to gloat about how their boyfriends got them all these gifts and junk when they know that I am alone. Seeing how happy they are with their boyfriends crushes me. I keep on asking myself, "why am I alone?" and "Why can't I be that happy?" I try to be happy for them but its hard when they are rubbing it in your face.
I started to cry when I came home, I just can't stop thinking about C and my friends and how happy they are and how I'm never going to find a boyfriend.
I've accepted that I'm never going to find someone I mean, look at my picture. Who would want to date that?
I apologize if I am sounding whiny, I'm just a little upset right now

Oh hun i can relate soooo much. Like you i'm alone for Valentines too but i have the added kick in the teeth of people saying "omg how don't you have a bf your stunning" which isn't helpful at all. Just keep in mind hun you have the rest of your life to get a bf so there isn't a hurry if you keep that in mind. Which i know is the opposite of what you want to hear right now. Try what i'm doing right now, i'm getting fit and building up my confidence so i can be happy single before i go looking for another boyfriend. atleast that way i'll be happy while i wait for mr right :)

Also your friends aren't rubbing in your face it's just they are happy and giddy and just forgetting to consider your feelings because theya re so happy.

Don't fret about it. You'll find the perfect guy sooner or later. And about valentines, it means nothing. You shouldn't go out and buy stuff and show love for someone just on one day. You should do it everyday ( well, not the gifts part ) If your friends boyfriends were true to their love they would know that. And to answer your question, I would :P You look really pretty, and you seem like the kind of person I would like to know :P

Ohhh, I know this sounds corny, but no matter what, there is still someone, somewhere, in this Universe that would love you no matter what. That person I bet is at your school, he might be one of your closest friends, you never know.
