So for the past thirty minutes, my iPod and iTunes have decided to raise some hell.
Situation: I plug in my iPod as normal and click the shortcut to iTunes. iTunes won't open, so I decide to unplug the iPod. After unplugging the iPod, iTunes magically opens up. After waiting a few minutes with iTunes open, I plug in my iPod. The iPod screen reads that the device is connected but it doesn't show the circle with two arrows for syncing.
I look at iTunes and it's frozen. I unplug the iPod and do it all again. On the second try, iTunes doesn't recognize the iPod and I unplug it again. iTunes then tells me my iPod is corrupted and in need of restoring. I plug the iPod in again and now iTunes freezes whenever the iPod is plugged in, so I can't restore it or change the options. Is there any way to fix this? I have not enabled disk use for the device since that has caused problems in the past.
