Sometimes I get that but I think it's because my inner lips are pretty big so it's easier for a swimsuit or underwear to get caught up in there. Some swimsuits have thicker material than others which can help stop it from happening, but then that just makes the "bulge" up front look even bigger which can also be embarrassing for girls who already have a "puffy" front bulge.

Everyone's body is different, which is why it's rude to stare. Sometimes it's nice to catch someone staring if you know he likes what he sees, but generally we should try to dress appropriately and minimize the problem.

I do not get camel toes so far in my underwear or when i go swimming, but i get a really big bump (i hope it's the right word).
