Somehting you need to do, set your best game's graphics as high as it can handle, and if you're satisfied, it's fine.

No, popo, that's not a wise way to tell if your video card is any good. There are many games being made for next-gen video cards that don't even perform well in normal detail.

And Sid, your video card is an nVidia GeForce 6200 (you gave the model number :P). I just simply Googled that and figured it out. With that knowledge, I can tell you that your video card is pretty good. It should play most games very well that were developed in mid 2005 and prior (including games like America's Army, Unreal Tournament 2004, Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow, and Battlefield 1942 just for example). The only thing that would hold back performance would be the processor and RAM - if those are both good, then you have a nice gaming box :)

Eh, that just means that the rate it "talks" to the motherboard is a bit slower... Though usually something that is in PCI is also in AGP - though if that model number said PCI, then it probably is PCI.

Ya, the fact that my graphics card is pci is really holding me back, because to my knowledge their isn't a better pci card than the one i have (Nividia 5500) Witch kinda sucks, I guess i am just going tho have to wait till i have enough money to build another computer that has a motherboard with a PCI-E slot.

I own an nVidia 6200 (good Linux drivers) and it's a pretty nice card. I also own an ATI X550 (good VESA support) and they both play Postal 2 like a dream! :P They place I buy my cards sells them soooo cheap! It rocks!
