How far do you live from work/school? How do you usually get there?

My school is very close by (it takes not even 5 minutes to drive there), but even taking the absolute shortest path always takes at least 15 minutes to walk because I have to zigzag through a bunch of annoying residential areas and neighborhoods, due to the shortcuts being so scattered.

Woah, that's a very long walk!

I would totally take the city bus to school, but unfortunately it wouldn't save any time (would probably take even longer than walking) because of how the bus routes are laid out and the fact that there is no bus stop near my school for whatever reason.

I live about two miles from where I go.

To and from the job I quit about a week ago... about an hour each way on the bus.
To the one that I'm about to go back to... fifteen minutes on the bus, about half an hour walk.

To and from school:
On Monday and Wednesday afternoons, I take a bus to get down there. It takes about twenty minutes.
To and from on Tuesday and Thursday and getting back all four nights, I ride with my sister.

Right now, I take the bus there, but hopefully sometime soon, I will be able to drive again.

Its a 10 mile trip to my school, 10-15 minutes if my dad drives me, 20-25 if my mom drives :D.

I either go with my mom or dad, but I'll have my Intermediate license by May of Junior year so I'll be driving myself then.

Either I take the car the entire way, which is roughly 25-30 mins on the highway or I get a ride to the train station, then hop on the bus which goes straight into campus. There's not much difference in time, maybe 5 minutes. If I need to hand something in early, have early class or have exams or tests, I take the car the entire way in case the bus or train are late.

My mum drops me off at school. Or I ride.
Its only like 5mins max by car.

It depends, if I want I can get the public bus to school, usually takes 10 minute wait and 15 minutes to get there. Or I can walk for 25 minutes. I usually walk home which takes 30 minutes (uphill coming home, kinda)

Work I get the bus for 5-10 minutes and walk for 10.

Coming home from work I get the bus into the city - 20 mins, shop then bus home - 30 mins.

I live about a 5 minute drive from my house to school and a 15 minute walk if you take a shortcut through the cemetery. My parents drive me to school and I walk home. :D

My school is 13 miles from home. Since I was 16 I rode a motorcycle meaning I could leave later being able to zip through the early morning traffic. Takes me about 15-20 minutes to get there.
