Talking to guys/girls

I was reading the thread "Flirting" and got this idea:

Should we make a sticky thread for tips on how to talk to the same sex? Because some of us might need a bit of help in that department. We can share tips/stories of successful or unsuccessful moves and have a mod edit the first post with the new tips,etc.

Good idea or bad?

Even though it's not really geared at the same sex, it doesn't have to be, this is with anyone in general. It brings up some good points.
