Im looking into places to host my music videos that I make from time to time.
normally I an put them on putfile but the 25mb limit is just too low for me
now im looking into making a website for free that will allow me to host my videos
my videos are anywere from 20mb to 100mb so I really need allot of space
I would like to be able to have the people download the video but if the loading is fast enough, just haveing them view the video on site is good enough.
So, whats the best service for my needs?

Try either http://youtube.com which is a standard or http://video.google.com which lets people download the videos. Send me a link to them! :D

thanks, ill go for the google and post a link in a bit
edit, heres the plot
When i add to my drums i make another video, this time i added a 10" splash cymbal to the bunch giving me a total of 4 so far.....and still goin haha
i ordered a few more items like a mixer, mic, and cymbal springs and when they get here Friday ill add another video with my cousins and song that i do drums for.
link (will be posted in 15 minutes, google loading it now)
BTW im useing the "Google Video Uploader" as they said i should for my bigger file and its still going slow
i normally make my files into a .wmv format so if anyone knows of a site that will take that in up to 100mb limit it would be great
my current file is .wmv, 38.4mb and 2:44:20
edit edit, Im switching to you tube.com....its so much faster and it does not have to wait for days to get "verified"
ok guys last edit
heres the working finished link

Popo, you have got to stop that. The question at hand has obviously already been answered and taken care of. You are going against the rules now by spamming. I don't want to see anymore of it, OK?

I wouldn't suggest MySpace. I have a MySpace account but I would never consider it a website. My advice would be to find a webhost. Try googling "free hosting" and if you're hosting videos then you'll need a fair amount of bandwidth. say 100MB+. Then you need to putit together. I'm assuming you don't know HTML so I reccomend a program called Nvu ( http://nvu.com ) which is basically a free frontpage.
EDIT: Oh, if you want free web-templayes I reccomend OSWD. ( http://oswd.org )

Dave, I would definitely recommend trying 50webs.com (http://www.50webs.com). That's what I use to host multiple sites. Unfortunately, you don't get a free domain, so you have to use subdomain, which is actually better than directories, but I still like domains better :P By the by, you can buy a domain for about $10-$15 a year and just set up 50webs to use that. It's a great hosting site - especially for being free :)

Pft, OSWD hardly ever puts new designs on their site, or they do for a while then dont for a week and so forth. I recommend http://www.openwebdesign.org - It was created by former staff from oswd.org, but they decided to create OWD when OSWD was offline for a while.

Just giving him other options if those don't work for him 0:

Like I said, it obviously already worked out for him. Do not do it again. Thank you.
And DownParty, what did I just finish explaining to Popo? The issue has already been delt with. Now there's a new topic about and as far as I know, Photobucket does not let you have complete websites. Please do not spam again.

http://bravehost.com/ is a good free website hoster, it allows 51 MB a day and 1.5 GB a month bandwidth. There pretty good and have some good templates for beginners or you can chose to create your own from scratch. I would suggest giving them a shot.
