Ok so for those who are intrested and or trying to lose some weight this is the thread for you. In this thread you will post what you had the prior day. I'll start.
Breakfest: 5 eggs, two peices of whole wheat toast, and strawberries
Lunch: Peanut butter and Jelly, Clemintine.
Dinner: Miami sushi roll (Cucumber, spicy shrimp, salmon, rice and flying fish roe.) Miso soap, and a cappuchino.
Snacks: None
(Including snacks is important otherwise you cannot track your progress.)

Breakfast: Orange juice, two pieces of white toast
Lunch: PB&J sandwich, baked chips, Diet Coke
Dinner: None...
Snacks: Half of a chocolate bar

Breakfest: Oatmeal.
Lunch: None
Dinner: Pork tenderloin, Green Bean cassarole and ravvioli.
Snacks: none.

Breakfast:2 eggs, bacon.
Lunch:Chicken Sandwhich with potato crisps.
Dinner:Baked Chicken and vegetables.
Snacks:Yogurt and some Cake

Breakfast - 4 Weetbix with full cream milk and heaps of sugar
Lunch - Crunchy nut bar
Afternoon tea - 5 Slices of toast with peanut butter
Dinner - Lamb Shanks with Potato, carrots, peas and gravy
Snacks - Small bag of chips and a bunch of grapes

Well, lets see. From what I remember:
A few cookies.
A bunch of starburst.
A bowl of ramen.
A bag of spear ribs.
A carton of rice.
A dozen dumplings.
A bag of doritos.
Half a bag of bugels.
A quart of Poland Spring.
A can of ginger ale.
A pie of frozen Freschetta pizza.
Two vitamin waters.
A yoghurt.
That was just so far today. Contemplating my next victim in the kitchen as we speak.

I'll do this too..
Breakfast: None.
Lunch: Soon to be Chinese food. Usual, Spicy chicken and fried rice with a small diet Pepsi.
Dinner: None. I don't eat dinner most of the time.
Snacks: A half of a small bowl of noodles.

Breakfest: Whole grain waffles, and a smoothie
Lunch: PB&J, grapes, and an apple
Dinner: Cheeseburger!
Snacks: None.
