scrotum size?

Now if you look at my other threads, you'll see im 18 and possibly a late bloomer but what is weird with me is my scrotum is small and still reddish and not adult like, and even when it hangs its small but it does not hang most the time. My testicles don't seem small (about 2 inches long each) but my scrotum is which makes my whole package look small and pathetic, will it grow and hang lower as I get to 20-21, i heard they sag as you get older.

I think its probably just that some guys hang lower than others, but really if you have any concerns about it you would be better off asking your doctor.

mine hang alot and wen they dnt its a brownish color. im 16.

I dunno Nick, it just seems weird so I think I'll have to see a doctor along with my other puberty questions I guess. It's just annoying how its tight sometimes because my testicles seem invisible
