About 3 days ago i only had one in the left side of my nose, when that one was going away another one in my upper lip appeared and one on the right side of my nose >.<!! I dont know what to do !!

Advice please!!

Thanks to all in advance

I would try some clean&clear, I've used proactive and it never seemed to work for me. I've never had really bad skin but I just like to get rid of the zits I have and using that face wash seems to work, but also use rubbing alcohol on your skin.

Ask your parents if you can use some acne cream. If that doesn't work, you might have to go to a skin doctor.

Just go to Walgreens or something and get some zit shit. I went with my mom. She saved me two dollars. Haha I got the brand name zit shit. It had the same active ingredient at clean&clear I think. It works okay I suppose.

Try using some kind of rinse/wash thing you just rub on in the shower and rinse off. Some work beter than others, some work for some people and not for others.

I have a problem with blackheads all over my nose :S can be very annoying.

My skin is relatively good.
I haz pimples and zits and alll that.
What you might find, is that when you get rid of one pimple (or zit what ever) another, or multiple, will appear, this is usually because of the bacteria and shizz that spreads. Best thing I find that works is when showering, wash your face in hot water, with sunlight soap (the yellow bar-looking soap), was it again with hot water, and then wash it with cold water.
This opens your skins pores and then closes them back up. (With black heads, get a face-washer, soak it with hot water, hold it on your nose for a minute, then squeeze them or w/e you do, It'll make it alot easier.)

*nods* proactive and all that stuff don't work for me...
I find mines more of a stress condition, idk why, I'm usually incredibly social, but whenever I know I have school comming up or something I break out. So, to me its a mental thing. =/

Agreed with Mattasaur94, I saw a dermatoligist to see if i should get ProActiv-- Basic answer-- None of that crap works, He said that mine is stress related, moreso family and life related, not school. Except for school photos and tests.

They spread because when you pop them the bacteria gets on your hands and you inadvertently spread them around. (I work for a dermatologist) The way that she said and I've found extremely successful is stretch the skin just around it before popping, pop with a needle or pin, then squeeze it go get everything out. Then use a tissue to clean it all away, DON'T let your hands touch. Throw the tissue away, wash hands then immediatly apply antiseptic like Germolene etc.

I used to do that, until my dad caught me one day, he was like WTF. Then yeah. Proactiv mega fails, dad rebought me some tonight and i refuse to use it, it burns like hell and makes my skin worse actually.

Alcohol wipes. FTW.
XD
*looks up at fan* (completely unrelated, but its so hot in my room... >_>)
Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do with stress-related acne, other than calm down. Meditating is fun.
In science I used to stare at the same spot for a whole double (1h 47mins or something) sorting out stress problems. *nods*

Try using an alcohol based cleanser.

Or my personal favorite toothpaste, it really really does work :)

I use St. Ives Apricot SCRUB.
It works GREAT!! No other products work for me. It makes pimples worse for about a week but then they go away and your skin becomes really nice.

OH I KNOW! Toothpaste is amazing!
i use this swedish apricot scrub from the dollar store, a squirt gel from like a soap dispenser, and one of my brothers mint scrubs or w/e. my face is beautiful. lol.

the scrub didn't work real well at first, it was pretty bad, so i tried the squirt stuff, and then my brothers stuff, then the scrub n the squirt, then the squirt n the brothers stuff, and then finally decided to try it all together. I call it Aunt Berger. Lol.

Sometimes it just doesn't work alone.

All skin is different and what one acne cream does for one person could be completely different for another. Just try different brands and see how they work. When all else fails go to the dermatologist for a professional opinion.

I know that this sounds really weird, but i hear that if you put toothpaste on the zit before you go to sleep that the antioxidants in the toothpaste get rid of the zit. Or you could be plain and simple and buy a face wash like aveeno or some kind of astringent. wash when you get up in the morning and before you go to sleep do it on a daily basis and you face will clear up. hope this helps

I am the acne professional lmfao!

This is what you can do for top notch acne preventation!

In the morning, wash your face. After every wash use Toner. It gets rid of dead skin. Now put any medication on. Proactive is reccomened. Now use oil free lotion on your face.

Alcohol is bad for pimples stay away.

And at school its good to dab a kleenix on your face for oil removal.
